Failure to comply with these requirements constitutes a violation of a civil penalty provision for which penalties must be paid. Workers can only be required to work „reasonable overtime“ on their normal working time (for full-time workers covered by a bonus, their normal weekly working time is 38 hours per week). None of the new provisions for annualized wages will change that. The surest way to deal with this agreement would probably be to conclude an agreement with the worker, by which he agreed that the amounts set would be deducted from his salary for the provision of housing, etc. We recommend obtaining legal advice with respect to these agreements.
